SHOCKING LAW proposed The Ministry of Health and Welfare
Occupational therapist in Croatia are in a critical moment for their profession (Croatian name for occupational therapy is RADNA TERAPIJA). Occupational therapists are relocated, marginalized and degraded by enforcing a law, Physiotherapy law. Occupational therapists are unfairly included in that law proposal, although they are independent professionals and not part of physiotherapy intervention, as this law suggests. Absurd law will enliven in our legislation, this will be dangerous for professions’ identity and additionally, it could (and probably would) be an obstacle for mobility of occupational therapists work force between Croatia and EU countries.
